World Energy and Environment Council is a private, independent, non- governmental organization whose members are corporate leaders in energy and environment, companies whose corporate governance calls for renewable energy alternatives and environmental preservation and protection. Members are government officials, corporate leaders, thought leaders, decision makers, NGOs, students’ leaders and energy scientists and engineers working together in the renewable energy and environment. With HNCs as major private partners and sponsors.

The World Energy & Environment Council USA directly disseminate energy information and insights with formed strategies globally. Hosting powerful events, publish studies and books, research and authoritative magazines, engage through its extensive networks to facilitate the world’s energy and environment communication on policies, legislations and laws.

History World Energy and Environment Council

The World Energy and Environment Council Founder, MLH Villarba is a passionate environmentalist and a visionary. WEEC is an independent, non governmental, not for profit organization aimed to address the most crucial energy and environmental issues and concerns.

The Council started with its First Global Environment Conference in 2009 in the Kingdom of Bahrain and has withstood all the challenges, changes, political and economic distress. The Council was able to adapt to fast changing world and never waver from its initial objectives and aim. As a result, the Council stands strong advocating energy leadership and environmental stewardship.

WEEC is a private initiative advocating strong commitment in representing the entire energy and environment spectrum, with the objectives of expanding renewable energy leadership and environmental stewardship globally to contribute in the protection and preservation of the present and future generation.
