WORLD WITHOUT World Energy and Environment Council is a private, independent, non- governmental organization whose members are corporate leaders in energy and environment, companies whose corporate governance calls for renewable energy alternatives and environmental preservation and protection. Members are government officials, corporate leaders, thought leaders, decision makers, NGOs, students’ leaders and energy scientists and engineers working together in the renewable energy and environment.
